人生到了六十耳順之年，家，不再是為了迎合外界眼光的展示廳，而是回歸內心、安頓身心靈的私密場域。在這個人生最豐饒的秋收時刻，空間不應只有沈穩的暮氣，更應具備輕盈的活力與對未來的期盼。我們試圖在成熟的優雅與純真的童趣之間，找到一處完美的平衡點，讓居住者在每一個日升月落間，都能感受到被空間溫柔擁抱的幸福感。
At sixty, a home evolves from a showroom into a private sanctuary for the soul. Breaking away from heavy maturity, we balanced elegant grace with playful innocence, crafting a vibrant space that gently embraces its resident day after day.
本案為座落於台北蛋黃區的 30 坪住宅，居住者為一位耳順之年的母親。設計團隊摒棄了傳統長輩房厚重、深沈的刻板印象，轉而以「法式輕奢」為基底，揉合現代簡約語彙。透過烤漆的溫潤光澤、銀薄塗料的手工質感，以及大膽卻協調的軟裝跳色，為這位母親打造出一個既有大家閨秀的端莊，又藏著少女般爛漫情懷的專屬天地。
Located in prime Taipei, this residence is designed for a mother in her sixties. Breaking away from heavy traditional styles, we blended "French light luxury" with modern minimalism. Through the warm luster of lacquer, artisanal silver-leaf paint, and harmonious color accents, we crafted an exclusive sanctuary that embodies graceful elegance while hiding a youthful, romantic charm.
推開家門，玄關即是一場材質轉換的精彩展演，也是卸下外界塵囂的沈澱起點。地面鋪設著黑白綠三色交織的幾何拼花石材，宛如一幅地上的現代藝術畫，為這座法式宅邸揭開了摩登而優雅的序幕。兩側採用深色框線搭配長虹玻璃的門扇設計，在若隱若現的光影折射中，既明確了落塵區的界線，又保留了視覺的通透與流動。抬頭望向天花，特殊的弧形穹頂設計與拼花地坪相互呼應，讓每一次的歸家與外出，都充滿了宛如電影場景般的儀式感。
Pushing open the door, the foyer presents a striking transition of materials and a calming starting point to shed the city's hustle. A geometric stone floor of intertwined black, white, and green acts as modern art, establishing an elegant prelude to the home. Dark-framed fluted glass doors define the entryway through refracted light, preserving the space's visual flow. Above, a curved vaulted ceiling echoes the patterned floor, bringing a cinematic sense of ritual to every arrival and departure.
在空間中，流暢的動線是設計的核心。全室地面鋪設人字拼貼的木地板，利用木紋的指向性引導視覺延伸，放大了空間的視覺尺度，同時賦予步履間溫潤踏實的觸感。公領域採開放式佈局，讓客廳與餐廳的自然光線得以交匯，消弭了封閉感，確保長者在獨處時也能感到開闊與安心，任何角落皆能沐浴在日光的撫慰之下。
Seamless flow is the core of this spatial design. Herringbone wood flooring extends throughout, using its directional grain to visually enlarge the space and offer a warm underfoot touch. An open layout in the public area merges natural light from the living and dining zones, removing spatial boundaries. This ensures the senior resident feels secure and unconfined, with every corner comfortably bathed in daylight.
步入餐廳，這裡無疑是空間中最具戲劇張力的角落。我們巧妙地在純淨的白色基底中，植入了搶眼的色彩驚喜。訂製餐桌以一抹大膽的胭脂紅為桌腳，搭配上方如氣球般飄浮的黃色造型壁燈，彷彿在訴說著「年齡僅是數字，心境永遠輕盈」的寓意。後方備餐櫃的壁龕選用了帶有獨特紋理的綠色系石材，與紅桌形成優雅的對比，將日常的喝水、備餐時光，昇華為一場視覺的藝術饗宴。
The dining area is undoubtedly the most dramatic space in the residence. Within a pure white base, we introduced eye-catching color surprises. A bold carmine-red table base pairs with floating yellow balloon sconces, symbolizing that "age is just a number, and the mind is always light." The green stone niche in the sideboard elegantly contrasts with the table, turning routine daily tasks into a sophisticated visual experience.
客廳延續了法式優雅的語彙，天花板採用圓弧收邊設計，不僅修飾了樑柱的銳利感，更在視覺上挑高了空間層次。電視牆面保持極簡留白，僅以離地懸浮的石材與烤漆機櫃勾勒線條，輕薄的量體減輕了壓迫感。陽光透過柔紗簾灑落，光影在人字拼地板上緩緩移動，銀薄塗料在漫射光下隱約透出細膩的珍珠光澤，營造出一種靜謐而高級的休憩氛圍。
Continuing the French elegant aesthetic, the living room features curved ceiling edges that soften structural beams and visually heighten the space. The minimalist TV wall is defined by a floating stone and lacquer console, its light volume reducing visual weight. Sunlight filters through sheer curtains, casting shifting shadows on the herringbone floor. Meanwhile, the silver-leaf paint reveals a subtle pearlescent glow under diffused light, creating a serene and premium lounging atmosphere.
移步至私領域，次臥空間兼具書房與客房機能，在有限的坪數內展現了極致的坪效。窗邊臥榻設計引入了戶外的綠意景致，是閱讀、沈思或午後來杯熱茶的最佳角落。櫃體採用溫潤的淺木色系，收納機能完善且不顯擁擠，為偶爾來訪的親友或孫輩預留了一處舒適的留宿空間。
Transitioning to the private quarters, the secondary bedroom maximizes spatial efficiency by doubling as a study and a guest room. A built-in window seat frames the outdoor greenery, offering a perfect corner for reading or afternoon tea. Custom cabinetry in warm, light wood tones ensures ample storage without cluttering the space, reserving a comfortable overnight stay for visiting family and grandchildren.
主臥室回歸睡眠最本質的安穩與寧靜。床頭背牆以沈穩的橄欖綠繃布與白色線板拼接，呼應了公領域的色彩語彙，卻更加內斂柔和。細緻的線板比例展現了古典美學的秩序感，搭配兩盞簡約的金屬吊燈，點綴出微奢華的氣息。這裡沒有多餘的喧囂，只有適合安然入夢的深沈放鬆。
The master bedroom embraces the pure tranquility of sleep. An upholstered olive green headboard paired with white molding echoes the public area's color scheme in a softer tone. The precise proportions of the molding bring classical order, complemented by two minimalist metal pendants for a touch of light luxury. Stripped of all distractions, this space is dedicated entirely to deep relaxation and peaceful rest.
這座宅邸，不只是一處居住空間，更是一份獻給母親的禮物。它證明了熟齡生活不代表妥協或單調，透過材質的精準運用與色彩的大膽調和，我們為女主人構築了一個既能安頓身心，又能時刻感受生活鮮活度的理想家屋。在這裡，優雅是一種日常，而快樂，是隨處可見的風景。
