在台北市最繁華的蛋黃區，霓虹與車流編織出城市的晝夜不休，然而真正的奢華，往往是在喧囂核心中，尋得一方絕對靜謐的自我天地。家，對於一位品味卓絕的單身雅痞而言，不再是傳統定義下的避風港，而是一場關於美學、慾望與生活態度的沈浸式展演。這裡沒有妥協，只有純粹的感官釋放。
In the heart of Taipei’s most bustling prime district, neon lights and traffic weave the city's ceaseless rhythm. Yet, true luxury is often found right in the core of this clamor—carving out an enclave of absolute tranquility for oneself. For a sophisticated bachelor of impeccable taste, "home" is no longer a shelter in the traditional sense, but an immersive exhibition of aesthetics, desires, and lifestyle. Here, there are no compromises, only pure sensory release.
本案屋主為一位事業有成的單身男性，不受傳統家庭格局的束縛，他渴望空間能如實反映其內在靈魂——既有社交場域的張力，亦有私密獨處的溫柔。設計團隊以「法式殖民風的現代轉譯」為題，提取深邃的祖母綠作為視覺錨點，揉合溫潤實木與冷冽石材。在這個空間裡，我們試圖探討「獨居」的最高級形式：自信、優雅，且充滿藝術性的自由。
The homeowner is a successful single gentleman, unbound by the constraints of traditional family layouts. He desires a space that truthfully reflects his inner soul—possessing both the dynamic tension of a social venue and the tender warmth of a private retreat. The design team adopted a "Modern Interpretation of French Colonial Style" as the core theme, extracting deep emerald green as the visual anchor while blending warm solid wood with cold stone. Within this space, we seek to explore the ultimate form of solitary living: one defined by confidence, elegance, and profound artistic freedom.
推開大門，視野瞬間被精心策劃的軸線拉開。為了最大化空間感，我們打破了封閉隔間的界線，採用開放式佈局串聯公領域。地面材質成為無形的引路人——以強烈的黑白幾何石材定義玄關與餐廚區，展現宛如時尚精品的氣勢；轉身步入客廳與私領域，則過渡為人字拼貼實木地板，在視覺的冷暖切換間，自然劃分出「社交展演」與「放鬆休憩」的雙重節奏。
Upon opening the front door, the visual field is instantly expanded by a meticulously orchestrated axis. To maximize the sense of space, we dismantled the boundaries of enclosed partitions, employing an open layout to seamlessly connect the public realm. The flooring materials act as an invisible guide—striking black-and-white geometric stone defines the foyer and dining-kitchen area, exuding the bold presence of a high-end fashion boutique. Stepping into the living room and private quarters, the floor transitions to herringbone solid wood. Through this visual interplay of cool and warm tones, the space naturally delineates the dual rhythms of "social exhibition" and "relaxing retreat."
餐廚區是全室最戲劇化的開場。地坪以大膽的黑白條紋石材鋪敘，如琴鍵般的律動感，為空間注入古典與前衛交織的張力。深色木紋櫃體收攏了廚房機能，與黑色餐桌構築出沈穩的背景，讓光影的層次成為空間的主角。這方場域不僅是為了用餐而設，更隱含著社交的流動性；當夜色降臨，氛圍轉為深邃，這裡便自然過渡為一處適合知己低語、讓心靈徹底沈澱的靜謐角落。
The dining and kitchen area serves as the most dramatic opening to the entire space. The floor is paved with bold, black-and-white striped stone, creating a piano-key-like rhythm that injects the space with a tension woven from classical and avant-garde elements. Dark wood-grain cabinetry conceals the kitchen functions and, together with the black dining table, constructs a grounded backdrop, allowing the layers of light and shadow to take center stage. This realm is designed not merely for dining, but inherently fosters a sense of social fluidity; as night falls and the atmosphere deepens, it naturally transitions into a tranquil corner perfect for intimate conversations, allowing the soul to completely settle.
隨著步伐踏上溫潤的人字拼木地板，氛圍轉為柔軟。客廳捨棄了厚重的電視牆，取而代之的是窗邊一道水平延展的翠綠紋理矮櫃，如玉石般通透的紋理呼應著窗外的天光。選用深綠色絨布的慵懶沙發，以其獨特的皺褶肌理帶來觸覺的撫慰。牆面懸掛的大膽人物畫作，直觀地傳達了屋主對於身體美學與多元文化的包容與欣賞，讓空間本身就是一件當代藝術品。
As one steps onto the warm herringbone wood flooring, the ambiance visibly softens. The living room eschews a heavy TV wall; instead, a horizontally extending low cabinet with an emerald texture stretches along the window, its jade-like translucency echoing the natural daylight. A deep green velvet lounge sofa offers tactile comfort through its distinctive pleated texture. Furthermore, a bold figure painting suspended on the wall intuitively conveys the homeowner's embrace and appreciation of body aesthetics and diverse cultures, elevating the space itself into a work of contemporary art.
連接公私領域的過渡地帶，我們巧妙地將「酒藏」轉化為空間端景。三座拱形展示櫃鑲嵌於牆體，古銅金屬框架在間接照明的烘托下，散發著如高級精品櫥窗般的質感。這不僅是紅酒的儲藏室，更是一條通往私密夢境的金色隧道，儀式感在每一次經過時油然而生。
In the transition zone connecting the public and private realms, we cleverly transformed the wine collection into a striking focal point. Three arched display cabinets are embedded within the wall; enhanced by indirect lighting, their bronze metal frames exude the sophisticated aura of a high-end boutique window. This is not merely a storage space for fine wine, but rather a golden tunnel leading to a private dreamscape, evoking a profound sense of ritual with every passing step.
進入主臥，深邃的綠意在此處變得更加濃郁而神祕。床頭背牆選用帶有細膩光澤的熱帶植物圖騰壁紙，在幽微的燈光下閃爍著微光，彷彿置身於異國的深夜叢林。特製的拱門造型呼應了外區的設計語彙，引領視線通往更衣間。這裡沒有多餘的干擾，只有絲絨、金屬與特殊塗料交織出的包覆感，完美詮釋了沈穩與奢華並存的睡眠體驗。
Upon entering the master bedroom, the deep emerald hues become even richer and more mysterious. The headboard wall features tropical botanical wallpaper with a delicate sheen, shimmering faintly under subtle lighting, evoking the ambiance of an exotic midnight jungle. A custom-crafted archway echoes the design vocabulary of the public areas, guiding the eye toward the walk-in closet. Free from unnecessary distractions, the space offers an enveloping sense of comfort woven from velvet, metal, and special textured paints, perfectly interpreting a sleep experience where profound tranquility and luxury coexist.
這座位於台北精華地段的宅邸，超越了居住容器的功能，它是一面鏡子，映照出屋主不受框架定義的精彩人生。從黑白石材的摩登，到深綠絨布的繾綣；從開放社交的熱情，到臥室獨處的寧靜。我們運用材質的對話與色彩的鋪陳，為這位單身紳士構築了一座「隱於市」的藝術綠洲。在這裡，每一個角落都值得細細品味，每一刻時光，都專屬於自己。
This residence, situated in Taipei's prime district, transcends the mere function of a living container; it is a mirror reflecting the homeowner's brilliant life, unbound by conventional frameworks. From the modernity of black-and-white stone to the lingering tenderness of deep green velvet, and from the vibrant energy of open social gatherings to the profound tranquility of solitary moments in the bedroom—through the dialogue of materials and the careful orchestration of colors, we have constructed an artistic urban oasis for this single gentleman. Here, every corner is worth savoring, and every passing moment belongs exclusively to him.
